Returns & Eligibility for Refunds

Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.

At least 95% of the cake must be returned in its original condition.


Refund Process

Once we receive the returned cake, we will inspect it.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.
